How to Make Gluten Free Hamburger in a Bowl
Step One: Make the Fries
You have two options for this step. I love to make my 4 Ingredient Air Fryer Fries when making this recipe. I double the recipe to make enough fries for the rest of the ingredients. However, you could also buy a bag of frozen French fries and use them. Whichever option you choose, you want to start by making the fries first. Follow the instructions in my recipe for the homemade air fryer fries or the back of the bag of the store bought fries.
Step Two: Brown the beef
While the fries are cooking, add the ground beef to a skillet and brown on high heat. Drain the excess fat if needed. Add the beef broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper to the beef and cook on medium to low heat for 5 minutes or until the broth is soaked into the meat.
Step Three: Prep the toppings
Prep the toppings by dicing the onion, tomatoes and avocados. If you didn’t buy shredded cheese and lettuce you will want to cut the lettuce and shred the cheese in this step as well.
Step Four: Toss it in a bowl
Now that you have all the ingredients made, you are ready to assemble your Easy Hamburger in a Bowl! I like to add the French fries at the bottom, then layer the beef on top and then all the toppings. However, there is no right or wrong way to do this step!
How to Make this Recipe Paleo Friendly
This recipe can easily be made Paleo friendly by omitting the cheese and pickles. Also, you will want to make sure that the beef broth you use contains paleo friendly ingredients as well.
