This Air Fryer Peach Crisp is the ultimate summer comfort food and is ready in less than ten minutes! Fresh peaches cooked in the air fryer until they are perfectly soft then topped with dairy free vanilla ice cream and gluten free granola.
This is what I like to call the lazy man’s peach crisp because it has all the flavor and vibes of a baked peach crisp without the work! You can enjoy this sweet, summer dessert in less than 10 minutes and all you will need is four ingredients. Does it get much better than that? I, personally, don’t think so. Ever since I created this recipe, I’ve been eating this dessert on repeat. There is just something about a warm, soft peach that’s topped with ice cream that hits different in the summer.

To make this recipe, all you need is four ingredients. You can make this summer dessert gluten free and dairy free by making sure the vanilla ice cream and granola are free from both dairy and gluten.

How to Make Air Fryer Peach Crisp
Ready for the easiest recipe you’ve ever made? Okay, let’s get started by pulling out your air fryer. Select the air fryer option and preheat to 400 degrees. While the air fryer is preheating, cut the peach in half and coat the inside of each half with 1/8 teaspoon of maple syrup. Once the air fryer is preheated, add the peaches with the inside facing up. Air fry for 2 minutes then flip the peaches over and continue to air fry for another 3 minutes. Remove the peaches from the air fryer, top each with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and sprinkle as much granola as you like over top. Yes, this recipe is really that easy!
Peach Crisp Recipe Notes:
- I suggest buying a ripe peach because if it is not ripe, it will not get as soft in the air fryer.
- I have the Gourmia 7 Quart Digital Air Fryer and this is the only air fryer I’ve tried this recipe in. Please note that, sometimes, the timing may vary based on your specific air fryer.
- To make this recipe gluten and dairy free, please make sure each of the four ingredients are both free from gluten and dairy.

Air Fryer Peach Crisp (Gluten Free & Dairy Free)

Ingredients
1 medium sized peach
1/4 teaspoon maple syrup
2 scoops vanilla ice cream (dairy free if needed)
Gluten free granola (see note below)
Directions
- Select the air fryer setting and preheat to 400 degrees. Slice the peach in half and coat the inside of each half with 1/8 teaspoon of maple syrup. Place the peaches with the inside facing up and air fry for 2 minutes. Flip the peaches over (so that the inside is facing down) and continue to air fry for another 3 minutes.
- Remove the peaches from the air fryer and top each half with one scoop of vanilla ice cream. Sprinkle as much granola as you would like over top and enjoy!
Notes
- Add as much or as little gluten free granola as you would like to this recipe. For reference, I typically add about 2-3 Tablespoons to each serving.
- Make sure to buy a ripe peach or wait to make this recipe until the peach is ripe. If it is not ripe enough, it won’t get as soft in the air fryer.
