How to Make Dirt Cups
Grab your ingredients and let’s make these dairy free dirt cups! The best part is that this recipe requires no cooling, baking or cooking of any kind. Make sure to thaw the coco whip before making this recipe (about 4 hours in the refrigerator). Add the coco whip, cocoa powder, coconut sugar and vanilla extract to a large bowl. Use a hand mixer to mix together until thoroughly combined.
Crush the Oreos to create the crumbs by using a food processor. Spoon a thin layer of the crushed Oreos into the six cups. Scoop the pudding into the cups evenly distributing between all six. Top with the remaining Oreos and 3-4 gummy worms.
How to Store Dirt Cups
These Dirt Cups are best when served right away. However, if that’s not an option you can store them in the refrigerator. I’d suggest storing the pudding in an air tight container and adding the Oreos and worms when you’re ready to eat it!
How to Customize these Dirt Cups
Classic dirt cups are topped with gummy worms but the best part about this recipe is that it can be customized to your own taste or even the holiday! I made these dirt cups for Easter and replaced the gummy worms with peeps for a fun twist!
