What’s a Sheet Pan Meal?
Sheet pan meals are my absolute favorite! If you aren’t familiar with what sheet pan recipes are, they basically include a few ingredients that you can throw onto a sheet pan and let the oven do the rest of the work. Sheet pan meals are easy to make and even easier to clean up! They are perfect for busy weeknight dinners or meal prepping for the week ahead!
Ingredients:
- Chicken
- Broccoli
- Brussel sprouts
- Butternut squash
- Rainbow carrots
- Fresh Jax Vam Pepper seasoning
- Ghee
How to Make Chicken and Butternut Squash Sheet Pan Meal
Step One: Veggies
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Cut the broccoli into small pieces and the butternut squash into cubes that are about 1/4 inch thick. Next, cut the Brussel sprouts in half. Add the broccoli, Brussel sprouts, butternut squash, carrots, melted ghee and 2 Tablespoons of the seasoning into a large bowl and toss. Spread the vegetables on a large sheet pan.
Step Two: Chicken
Cut the chicken into cube sized pieces and place in a bowl with 1.5 Tablespoons of the seasoning. Toss until the chicken is coated in the seasoning then spread on top of the vegetables on the sheet pan. Cook at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
